Andrea Marie Ramos. “We’re constantly moving and picking up heavy things, so exercises like deadlifts help keep our bodies strong and injury-free.” These exercises are beneficial for sports including soccer, tennis, and basketball, and can even improve everyday life, like carrying groceries into the house or playing with your kids.
